Ingredients

7 egg yolks

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (there IS no other way!)

3/4 cup sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in the top of a double boiler.

Place over simmering water.

Whisk constantly until thick and yellow.

Slather!
