Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbls. dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. cider vinegar1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. tarragon, fresh (1/2 tsp. dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tart apples, cored, peeled, and sliced into matchsticks
  • 6 celery ribs, sliced into matchsticks

Directions
  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth
  2. Pour over apple and celery and mix until well combined
