This is so very easy, cheap and delicious!

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (fat free works well too)
  • 1 8 oz can mushrooms (or ½ lb fresh)
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • ½ cup water or beef broth

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook 8 hours on low. Serve over rice.
