another great dish from my friend at texas monthly..chef hj..this side would be a wonderfull dish for the thanks giving table or any other

Ingredients
  • peas an corn with smoked chipotle powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • olive oil to coat cast iron skillet
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teas. garlic powder
  • 1/4 teas. basil light shake
  • fennel powder a light dash
  • 1 teas. chipotle smoked powder

Directions
  1. preheat skillet, oil skillet
  2. throw all in skillet and saute till crunchy...tender
  3. if you were to add a chopped jalapino....
