this is the original version of my other recipe: trucker friendly salmon sandwiches in which i made it as a spread. i invented it for the polish deli where i purchased the smoked salmon.
Ingredients
- smoked salmon (1) pound. skin, bone, and flake/ wedzona losos (1) funt. obrac ze skory, usunac kosci shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, minced/ 1/2 sredniej cebuli, drobno posiekanej shopping list
- 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise/ 4-5 lysek mayonezu shopping list
- white pepper/ bialy pieprz shopping list
How to make it
- thoroughly mix/ dokladnie wymieszac
- dill for garnish/ kopru dla ozbode
- serve with crackers/ podowac z herbatnikami
