this is the original version of my other recipe: trucker friendly salmon sandwiches in which i made it as a spread. i invented it for the polish deli where i purchased the smoked salmon.

Ingredients
  • smoked salmon (1) pound. skin, bone, and flake/ wedzona losos (1) funt. obrac ze skory, usunac kosci
  • 1/2 medium onion, minced/ 1/2 sredniej cebuli, drobno posiekanej
  • 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise/ 4-5 lysek mayonezu
  • white pepper/ bialy pieprz

Directions
  1. thoroughly mix/ dokladnie wymieszac
  2. dill for garnish/ kopru dla ozbode
  3. serve with crackers/ podowac z herbatnikami
