Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy, about 2 minutes.
  • Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended.
  • Beat in melted butter
  • Stir in Chocolate chips and walnuts
  • Unroll crescents. Don't separate. (you can also use the new single sheet crescents for this).
  • Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Press any seams to seal.
  • Pour filling over crust
  • Bake 1 hr.

    Think about it. walnuts and chocolate? the thought of it gives you a 10, but I only give you a 5

    I'm not a chocolate lover so I had to take slices to friends to test. They all loved it. I used the crescents instead of pie shell dough and it turned out great. Most people don't have time to make pie crusts and store bought ones are dull and sometimes tough. The crescents come out flaky and perfect.
