Mini Cheddar Loaves Recipe

Ingredients

31/2c biscuit/baking mix

21/2c (10oz) shreaded sharp cheddar cheese

2 eggs

11/4c milk

Directions

In large bowl, combine biscuit mix and sharp cheddar cheese. Beat eggs and milk;stir into cheese mixture just until moistened. Pour into 4 greased and floured 53/4x3x2" loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 mins or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins. Remove from pans;slice and serve warm.
