Ingredients

1 pkg. of chicken thighs

1 can of cream of mushroom or cr. of chicken soup

1/2 C. chopped onions

2 diced tomato's

2 sliced yellow squash

2 zsliced zuccihini's

salt & pepper to taste

Directions

I use a pressure cooker for this recipe, but it could be cooked in a heavy bottom pan. Brown chicken thighs; add ;onion, tomato's, squash, zuccihini and soup. Cover; stirring ocassionally, for aprox. 20-30 min., or until vegetables are cooked through and the soup makes a creamy sauce.
