Breakfast Pizza

- 1 fresh pizza dough crust (I like to make my own in the bread maker, but you could also buy frozen) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary) shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cheese (mixture of mozzarella and parmesan) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Roll pizza dough onto round pizza pan.
- Pour egg over unbaked crust.
- Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with veggies
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350, or until crust is golden and egg completely cooked.
