Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Great dish to serve for brunch. Healthy and very yummy!

Ingredients
  • 1 fresh pizza dough crust (I like to make my own in the bread maker, but you could also buy frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes)
  • 1 Tbsp herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese (mixture of mozzarella and parmesan)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Roll pizza dough onto round pizza pan.
  2. Pour egg over unbaked crust.
  3. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with veggies
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 350, or until crust is golden and egg completely cooked.
