Broiled Eggplant

I love eggplant and I am always looking for new ways to make it. I also love hot sauce sooo the two meet and oooooo fire.

>One medium to large eggplant shopping list
>3 heaping tablespoons Sriracha Hot chili sauce-- found in local Korean market. shopping list
>2 tablespoons sesame oil shopping list
>2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
>1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds shopping list

Cut eggplant in to chunks
Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over eggplant making sure all eggplant gets the love
Place on a baking sheet one layer
Broil for 10 to 15 minutes depending on size and amount of eggplant
