ohhhhhhhhhi love me some pumkin pie so rich and creamy

Ingredients
  • 2 tbls.
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tea cinnamon
  • 1/4 teas nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 cup pet milk
  • 1/2 cupshortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teas salt
  • 1/4 teas. ginger
  • 1 cup mashed pumpkin
  • 4-5 tbl ice water
  • 1 1/2 cup flour

Directions
  1. combine shortening, flour, 1/2 teas salt and ice water, roll out pastry and place in pie pan, cream butter, add sugar and eggs.
  2. add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  3. pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees f, for 1 hour
  4. use fresh cinnamon,nutmeg not ground in the bottles and it will taste so much better
  5. put whipped cream on it when you serve
