Ingredients
  • 8 oz. (1/2 pkg.) Rotelle pasta
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup thin sliced pepperoni, cut into halves
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cook and drain Rotelle according to package directions
  3. Return pasta to pot; add sauce, pepperoni and 1 1/2 cups cheese
  4. Salt and pepper to taste; mix well
  5. Spoon into lightly greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan
  6. Top with remaining cheese
  7. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through
