Ingredients
  • 4 sticks of butter
  • 2 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1tsp.almond extract

Directions
  1. Cream together; sugar,butter and sour cream
  2. Add eggs one at a time; alternating; cake flour, milk, vanilla, lemon and almond extract. Bake 350 degree F. until done about 45 minutes
  3. serve with vanilla icecream or frozen lowfat yougart.

Simple and good. Would be good served with some raspberries or strawberries too. And pour some hot fudge over the ice cream! :-)
