How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Heavily butter an 8” square glass dish.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until lumps are removed.
  • Pour into buttered dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Serve warm.
