Gluten Free Southern Corn Bread

- Dry Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 cup + 2 tblsp corn meal shopping list
- ¼ cup rice flour shopping list
- ¼ cup potato starch shopping list
- ¼ cup corn starch shopping list
- 2 tblsp tapioca flour shopping list
- 1tsp xanthan gum shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tblsp gluten-free baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- Wet Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heavily butter an 8” square glass dish.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until lumps are removed.
- Pour into buttered dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Serve warm.
