Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Soy milk(check the labels on your soy milk, the calories, fats and evil additives do vary).
  • 1/4 cup canola oil. (Canola is preferred as the flavor effect is more neutral)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Stevia. (The key to Stevia as a sweetener is volume control)

Directions
  1. Place soymilk and 1/8 cup canola oil in blender.
  2. Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in remaining 1/8 cup vegetable oil.
  3. Blend in 1/8 tsp of stevia.
  4. Enjoy.
  5. This is great on berries of fruits.

Quite interesting and my thanks for the posting. My husband would kill me if I did soy in this house! He's a meat and potatoes Kentucky guy, don't ya know. lol
