Another Version of Soy Whipped Topping

- 1/2 Cup Soy milk(check the labels on your soy milk, the calories, fats and evil additives do vary). shopping list
- 1/4 cup canola oil. (Canola is preferred as the flavor effect is more neutral) shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon stevia. (The key to stevia as a sweetener is volume control) shopping list
How to make it
- Place soymilk and 1/8 cup canola oil in blender.
- Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in remaining 1/8 cup vegetable oil.
- Blend in 1/8 tsp of stevia.
- Enjoy.
- This is great on berries of fruits.
