this is a recipe that I found somewhere ( I cut it out from something w/ Slenda)

Ingredients
  • 8 packets splenda no calorie sweetener
  • 3 Tbsp ( preferably Dutch processed)
  • 2 cups 2% reduced- fat milk( I use soymilk)

Directions
  1. Mix together splenda and cocoa in a small saucepan.
  2. gradually add milk, whisking until blended.
  3. Cook over medium- low heat until thoroughly heated.
  4. Serve immediately
  5. For mint flavored hot chocolate; add a drop of mint extract to the mixture before heating.
  6. For mocha hot chocolate; add 2 tsp instant coffee granulesto the milk before heating
