Glazed Turkey Steaks Recipe

How to make it

  • For glaze in a small bowl stir together marmalade, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic and curry powder then brush some of the glaze over both sides of turkey steaks.
  • Grill turkey on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 6 minutes then turn and brush with glaze.
  • Grill 9 minutes.
