It is that time of the year for all the old fudge recipes. Another good one here.

Ingredients
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 2 tbsp. white syrup
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
  1. Cook all but butter and vanilla until a small amount forms soft ball in cold water (240 deg)
  2. . Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Beat until it starts to get stiff.
  5. Pour into a greased pan.
