Ingredients
  • Attractively -shaped,unblemished leaves washed and dryed
  • 60 g chocolate
  • Paint brush

Directions
  1. Melt the chocolate
  2. With the paint brush paint the the chocolate onto the outer surface of the leaf covering it totally
  3. Put it to one side to set
  4. \when all the leaves have been covered ,refrigerate them for about one hour .
  5. When set hard ,peel off the leaf from the chocolate.
  6. use the chocolate leafs for garnish on cakes
