How to make it

  • Melt the chocolate
  • With the paint brush paint the the chocolate onto the outer surface of the leaf covering it totally
  • Put it to one side to set
  • \when all the leaves have been covered ,refrigerate them for about one hour .
  • When set hard ,peel off the leaf from the chocolate.
  • use the chocolate leafs for garnish on cakes
