- 1/4 cup teff flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
- peanut oil shopping list
How to make it
- Put flours in a bowl.
- Slowly add water, stirring to avoid lumps. Stirring lots is OK.
- Stir in salt.
- Let the dough ferment for about a day, and no more than four.
- Heat an electric fry pan until water drops dance on the surface.
- Coat the pan with a thin layer of batter. The batter should be thicker than a crepe, but thinner than a traditonal pancake.
- Cook until the pancake is filled with bubbles and the surface is dry.
