Peach Buttermilk Soup

- 2 pounds peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced shopping list
- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 cup light cream shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice shopping list
How to make it
- Drop peaches into boiling water for 10 seconds.
- Peel.
- Remove pit.
- Puree peaches in food processor/blender.
- Pour puree into a medium bowl.
- Add orange juice concentrate, buttermilk, cream and allspice.
- Mix well to blend.
- Chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve in chilled bowls.
- Garnish with shaved almonds or toasted coconut.
- **This is good using necartines also!
