Pineapple Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 eggs

1/2 point sour cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar

8 ounces crushed pineapple drained

Directions

Combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs and beat with mixture until smooth.

Place in buttered pie plate and bake 30 minutes at 325.

While cheesecake is baking mix sour cream, sugar and pineapple.

When cheesecake is removed from oven after 30 minutes pour topping mixture over top.

Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer at the same temperature.

Cool and refrigerate before serving.

Hmmm, must be a regional thing as I spent 11.5 years in Frankfurt and never had or heard of pineapple cheesecake while I was there but I cant wait to try it!!!!
