Summer Salad with HoneyMustard Dressing

A delicious salad for summer that can accompany barbecued meat or fish
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of rocket shopping list
- 3 tomatoes shopping list
- 1 tsp mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp honey shopping list
- 2 tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper (to taste) shopping list
- some fresh basil leaves shopping list
- some fresh oregano leaves shopping list
- 2 tbs pine nuts shopping list
- 2 tbs sunflower nuts shopping list
- zest of 1 lemon (or lime) shopping list
- 2 tbs grated kefalotiri or parmezzano shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the honey for a little while to thin it.
- Mix well with the mustard and olive oil.
- Cut the rocket by hand, cut slices of tomatoes on top, add the dried nuts, aromatic herbs and lemon zest.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over and serve.
