This is an easy way to make Taco Salad. It is quick and makes enough to feed the whole family!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 head of Lettuce, cut up
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bag any flavor of Doritos
  • Western or Ranch Dressing
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Olives (optional)
  • Sour Cream (optional)

Directions
  1. Brown beef.
  2. Add Taco Seasoning and Onion and cook for as long as the taco seasoning packet requires.
  3. In a large bowl mix together lettuce, tomato, cheese and olives.
  4. Add beef to mixture.
  5. Serve on plates, top with crushed Doritos, ranch dressing, ranch dressing and sour cream.
