Ingredients

15 hard cooked eggs

3/4 C. Mayo

2 tsp. white wine vinegar

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1-1/4 tsp. dill weed

1/2 tsp. onion powder (or garlic)

1/4 tsp. salt

paprika (optional)

Directions

Slice eggs lengthwise and put yolks in bowl.

Mash yolks and add remaining ingredients, mix well.

Spoon mixture into eggs

Sprinkle with paprika

Eat the ugly ones : )
