This one is not too sweet or watery. Sour cream adds a nice touch.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 1/4 C. sour cream
  • 2 tblsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (I buy pre-shredded, bagged)
  • 1/2 C. shredded carrot
  • 1/4 C. chopped green onions
  • pineapple or raisins (optional)

Directions
  1. -Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl, stir well
  2. -Add cabbage, carrot, and onion
  3. -Toss until evenly coated and cover.
  4. -Let stand at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Best overnight !
