Chicken and Rosemary Quiche

                    - 1 box Ready to bake Pastry sheet (375g) shopping list
- 2 pieces chicken Tighs (300g) borne-off and cut half bite size shopping list
- 2 medium size onion finely slice shopping list
- 100g mushroom finely slice shopping list
- salt and pepper for seasoning shopping list
- a) 3 eggs shopping list
- a) 150g gratd cheddar cheese shopping list
- a) 250cc double cream shopping list
- 1 spring rosemary shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Pre-bake pastry in 9-inch quiche tin about 10 min (200 degree C oven)

- Cook the onion first until golden brown and add the mushroom, cook until sweat
- Move onion and mushroom into bowl
- Cook chicken well and seasoned
- Add chicken into bowl then pour all a) ingredients, mix well
- ++++++++++++
- Put fillings into pre-baked pastry
- And spread chopped rosemary
- Bake 40-45 min and serve hot
