really cute headgehogs that are easy to make! and TASTY!

Ingredients
  • 100g soft butter
  • 250g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g chocolate
  • 350g cookies
  • 40g chopped almonds
  • some peled almonds

Directions
  1. beat butter creamy and slowly add sugar. lastly add eggs
  2. melt the chocolate
  3. crumble the cookies
  4. put the crumbled cookies, melted chocoalte and the chopped almonds into the previously prepared butter-sugar mixture
  5. put in fridge for 10 minutes
  6. create two headgehogs and put them in the fridge until completely cold.
  7. cover one in white and one in black icing.
  8. draw in the nose and eyes. place the peeled almonds as the headgehogs points!
