How to make it

  • Fry bacon, stirring till crisp.
  • Add onion and caraseed and cook mixture, stir till onion is golden
  • Add kraut cook till simmering
  • Sprinkle both sides of chops.
  • Cover between layers of paper towels for 10 minutes.
  • then season with pepper
  • in a heavy skilley heat oil till hot, but not smoking.
  • Put chops in for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cook clear through.. stir in 1 Tbsp. dill in the kraut mixture
  • Put kraut mixture on heated plate and top kraut with chops and sprinkle chops with 1 Tbsp. dill.
