Pork Chops amp Kraut

- 1 slice bacon shopping list
- 1 onion sliced thin shopping list
- 3/4 Tsp. caraway seeds shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sauerkraut (drained) shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple juice shopping list
- Two 1-inch pork chops shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bacon, stirring till crisp.
- Add onion and caraseed and cook mixture, stir till onion is golden
- Add kraut cook till simmering
- Sprinkle both sides of chops.
- Cover between layers of paper towels for 10 minutes.
- then season with pepper
- in a heavy skilley heat oil till hot, but not smoking.
- Put chops in for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cook clear through.. stir in 1 Tbsp. dill in the kraut mixture
- Put kraut mixture on heated plate and top kraut with chops and sprinkle chops with 1 Tbsp. dill.
