Broth Simmered Rice

- 1 can (14 ounces) Swanson chicken broth (about 1 3/4 cups) shopping list
- 3/4 cup UNCOOKED regular long-grain white rice shopping list
How to make it
- In a 2 quart saucepan , bring broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Stir in rice.
- Cover the pan, lower the heat to low, and do not left lid.
- Cook 20 minutes.
- Rice should be tender and most of liquid should be absorbed.
