  • In a 2 quart saucepan , bring broth to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Cover the pan, lower the heat to low, and do not left lid.
  • Cook 20 minutes.
  • Rice should be tender and most of liquid should be absorbed.
