How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Mix stuffing mix with hot water and set aside.
  • In a 13x9 baking dish, place chicken pieces, then cover with the stir-fry vegetables.
  • Mix corn and soup together and spoon over the chicken and vegetables in dish.
  • Top with moistened stuffing.
  • Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through, about 30 minutes.
