Corn and Bell Pepper Chicken Bake

- 1 2/3 cups hot water shopping list
- 1 pkg (6 ounces) Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 6 serving-size pieces shopping list
- 16 ounce package fromen stir-fry pepper and onion blend, thawed shopping list
- 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen corn shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix stuffing mix with hot water and set aside.
- In a 13x9 baking dish, place chicken pieces, then cover with the stir-fry vegetables.
- Mix corn and soup together and spoon over the chicken and vegetables in dish.
- Top with moistened stuffing.
- Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through, about 30 minutes.
