Corn And Bell Pepper Chicken Bake Recipe
Easy one-dish oven meal from a Stove Top stuffing box.

Ingredients
  • 1 2/3 cups hot water
  • 1 pkg (6 ounces) Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 6 serving-size pieces
  • 16 ounce package fromen stir-fry pepper and onion blend, thawed
  • 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 10 ounce package frozen corn

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix stuffing mix with hot water and set aside.
  3. In a 13x9 baking dish, place chicken pieces, then cover with the stir-fry vegetables.
  4. Mix corn and soup together and spoon over the chicken and vegetables in dish.
  5. Top with moistened stuffing.
  6. Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through, about 30 minutes.
