Fried Yuca

This dish puts a spin on the old French Fries
Ingredients
- 2 bags of Goya Yuca, cut into steak fry size shopping list
- Inland Cuban Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup best-quality mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 cloves roasted garlic, pureed shopping list
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot with oil heated to at least 350 degrees, fry yuca until golden brown season with salt and pepper when hot. Serve yuca with the island sauce on top.
