Ingredients

1/2 pound muenster cheese

large handful parsley

1 egg

Lavosh or other thin cracker breads

Directions

Put first three ingredients in food processor and whirr for 30 secs, until well combined.

Spread on lavosh and put into a 450 F oven. When cheese has melted, and the egg has puffed it up, take out and place on large platter. serve with napkins
