How to make it

  • Combine honey, soy, marin, ginger, and garlic in a shallow dish.
  • Add the fish fillets and marinade for 30 minutes flipping once half way through.
  • Reserve the marinade and fry the fish in the olive oil flipping once (about 3 minutes per side).
  • Plate the fish and drain off the oil from the pan.
  • Deglaze the pan using the marinade and reduce over medium heat until slightly thickened.
  • Use glaze over fish and vegetables.
  • Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds or biased cut green onions.
  • Eat and enjoy.
