Ginger Glazed Fish Recipe
A sweet and zesty fish dish that pairs well with steamed veggies or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbs. Honey
  • 1 Tbs. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. Marin (sweetened rice wine)
  • 2 Tbs. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Ginger powder
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed and minced
  • 12 ounces (2 - 4 fillets) firm white fish or shrimp (Salmon tail cuts are also good.)
  • 1 Tbs. Olive oil or vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Combine honey, soy, marin, ginger, and garlic in a shallow dish.
  2. Add the fish fillets and marinade for 30 minutes flipping once half way through.
  3. Reserve the marinade and fry the fish in the olive oil flipping once (about 3 minutes per side).
  4. Plate the fish and drain off the oil from the pan.
  5. Deglaze the pan using the marinade and reduce over medium heat until slightly thickened.
  6. Use glaze over fish and vegetables.
  7. Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds or biased cut green onions.
  8. Eat and enjoy.
