Ginger Glazed Fish

- 3 Tbs. honey shopping list
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs. Marin (sweetened rice wine) shopping list
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp. ginger powder shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic smashed and minced shopping list
- 12 ounces (2 - 4 fillets) firm white fish or shrimp (salmon tail cuts are also good.) shopping list
- 1 Tbs. olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine honey, soy, marin, ginger, and garlic in a shallow dish.
- Add the fish fillets and marinade for 30 minutes flipping once half way through.
- Reserve the marinade and fry the fish in the olive oil flipping once (about 3 minutes per side).
- Plate the fish and drain off the oil from the pan.
- Deglaze the pan using the marinade and reduce over medium heat until slightly thickened.
- Use glaze over fish and vegetables.
- Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds or biased cut green onions.
- Eat and enjoy.
