Mexican Fiesta Casserole

- 2 pounds ground sirloin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 3 tomatoes shopping list
- 2/3 cup salad dressing shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 medium white onion diced shopping list
- 2 cups baking mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1 small can chopped green chilies shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat slightly then add garlic, onion salt, chili powder, oregano and cinnamon.
- Cook until meat is browned then drain well.
- Slice tomatoes then mix salad dressing, cheese, sour cream and onion and set aside.
- Combine baking mix and water and pat into bottom of well greased baking dish.
- Add meat, tomato slices and green chilies then top with sour cream mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
