- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 small cans green chilies shopping list
- 1 can hot enchilada sauce shopping list
- 1 white onion chopped fine shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper chopped fine shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 pound grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 pound tortillas quartered shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat with everything except cheese and tortillas.
- Layer meat, cheese and tortillas beginning with meat on bottom of large dish or pan. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
