This is a recipe that my husband asks for altealst once a month. It's very simple to make and tastes great!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork (or bulk sausage)
- 1/4 C green onion, chopped
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Shape 6 meatballs and place into a 9"x13" baking pan
- Bake for about 45 minutes, make sure that the meat is no longer pink
- Serve with teriyaki veggies or mashed potatoes.... or both :)

My husband like this okay. I didn't care for it but I am a way picky eater. I would probably make it again for him.
