Ingredients
  • 3-31/2 pound boneless pot roast (i prefer rump roast)
  • 1 envelope onion recipe soup mix
  • 2 1/4 cups of water.

Directions
  1. in dutch oven, brown roast over medium heat. add onion recipe soup mix blended with water. simmer covered, turning occasionally, 2.5 hours or until tender. If you like you can thicken gravy.
