dijon breaded pork chops

- 3/4 cup finely crushed saltine crackers shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground sage shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 4 pork chops ,1/2 inch thick shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
How to make it
- mix cracker crumbs, salt, thyme, pepper, and sage in shallow dish or on sheet of waxed paper. set aside. blend egg and mustard in shallow dish dip each chop in the egg mixture, then in the cracker mixture to coat. heat oil in large skillet. add chops. fry over moderate heat for 16 - 20 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink, turning over once.
