Ingredients

2/3 cup ketchup

1 tbsp + 1 tsp liquid honey

2 tsp lemon juice

a pinch cayene pepper

dash of louisiana hot sauce

2 pound broiler-fryer chicken cut into pieces

Directions

combine everything but the chicken into a bowl

broil chicken about 30 minutes turn chicken once

brush sauce on chicken cook 5-10 more minutes till chiken is tender. keep turning and brushing with sauce.
