How to make it

  • Cook pasta.
  • In the meantime, saute sausage until browned.
  • Mix together the ricotta, Mozzarella, parsley, basil and salt.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Pour pasta back into its cooking pot.
  • Stir in the sausage and the ricotta mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into 13x9x2 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
