This is where I use the seeds from all those pumpkins I cleaned out to use for pies this Autumn season!

Ingredients
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Spray Oil
  • Sea Salt or your favorite seasoning

Directions
  1. I use the seeds I have just cleaned out of my holiday pumpkins. So they are already in a strainer waiting.
  2. Wash and clean the seeds until the membrane is all gone and your seeds feel slick and clean.
  3. Place them on paper towel to dry off, do not let them dray OUT however.
  4. Spray a cooking sheet with oil, I again use the butter flavored but use what you prefer.
  5. Put enough seeds on to cover the pan in a single layer.
  6. Spray the seeds with a light coat of oil.
  7. Toss them around to coat them well.
  8. Season them, lightly, a little is better for flavor!
  9. Bake at 350 for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. You do not want to burn these, they should just be turning a light brown when they are done.
  11. My Grands love these. They ate them to fast for me to get the picture, maybe next time!
