Ham and Cheese Delight

A good way to use left over Ham. This dish is nice and light and could be served with a salad for a Main Dish or Brunch.
Ingredients
- Half cup onion shopping list
- 1 T. butter shopping list
- 2 cups diced ham shopping list
- 3 slightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 cup grated cheese shopping list
- 15 crushed saltine crackers shopping list
- 1 and a half cups milk shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in butter until tender.
- Add to all other ingredients and mix well. Por into baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes until center is set. (I add more grated cheese on top during the last 5 mins)
