A simple oven baked chicken breasts that you can throw together in just a few minutes.

Ingredients
  • BAKED ONION CHICKEN
  • 1 pouch Campbell's dry onion soup mix
  • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 2 TBS. water
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 2 TBS. margarine or butter, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Crush soup mix in pouch with rolling pin. Mix soup, bread crumbs and pepper on plate or in a plastic bag.
  3. Mix egg and water in shallow dish, Dip chicken into egg mixture. Coat with crumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
