Ingredients

BAKED ONION CHICKEN

1 pouch Campbell's dry onion soup mix

2/3 cup dry bread crumbs

1/8 tsp. black pepper

1 egg or 2 egg whites

2 TBS. water

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)

2 TBS. margarine or butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Crush soup mix in pouch with rolling pin. Mix soup, bread crumbs and pepper on plate or in a plastic bag.

Mix egg and water in shallow dish, Dip chicken into egg mixture. Coat with crumb mixture.

Place chicken on a baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
