Chicken and Clementine Orange Salad

- 6 Ounce Half of a 6-ounce bag mixed baby salad greens shopping list
- 2 clementine oranges, peeled and separated into individual segments shopping list
- 1 6- or 8-ounce package cooked grilled chicken breast strips or 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken breast strips shopping list
- 1/2 Cup chow mein noodles shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon orange marmalade shopping list
- 3 Tablespoon orange juice shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon hot Chinese mustard or Dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon minced scallions shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine salad greens, orange segments, chicken and chow mein noodles in large salad bowl. Toss gently but well.
- 2. Combine orange marmalade, orange juice, canola oil, vinegar, mustard, scallions, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Stir well to mix. Pour over salad just before serving; toss gently but well.
