How to make it
- Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Beat egg, soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic powder in shallow dish (pie plate works well). Put bread crumbs in another dish.
- Dip the chops in egg mixture, then press into bread crumbs, coating evenly on both sides and edges. Repeat. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet.
- Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes. Turn and bake another 10-20 minutes until done - no longer pink inside. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of chops.

Yum - I haven't had pork chops in a long time. Should we use panko bread crumbs for this one? I'm sure any type of bread crumbs would work tho. This would be great with that Mac & cheese!jett2whit in Union City loved it
