Ingredients
  • MIXED SALAD GREENS
  • THINLY SLICED CUCUMBER
  • ROASTED PECANS
  • ½ PEAR PER PERSON CUT IN HALF, PEELED, SLICED AND FANNED AND PAINTED WITH BUTTER. GRILLED TILL GOLDEN.
  • BLUE CHEESE.
  • VINAGRETTE DRESSING: OIL,WINE VINEGAR, MUSTARD POWDER, SUGAR, SALT & PEPPER.

Directions
  1. PLACE LETTUCE LEAVES ON EACH PLATE. SPREAD WITH CUCUMBERS. ONCE PEARS ARE GRILLED PLACE A CUBE OF BLUE CHEESE ONTOP AND GRILL TILL MELTED. PLACE ONTOP OF SALAD WHILE STILL WARM. DRESS AND SPRINKLE ROASTED PEACANS AND SERVE WARM.
