French Toast W Substitutes Recipe Winterborne / All my dishes

Had to cut a few corners with this one. Got some help from my friends too. Yay Friends!

Ingredients
  • 9 pieces of bread (bread never lasts long at my house, so freshness wasn't an issue)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp. Sugar (instead of 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Butter or cooking spray (I used Olive Oil cooking spray this time around)
  • Salt, Pepper to taste (Optional)
  • Toppings: Syrup, butter, whipped cream, fruit... anything your heart desires!

Directions
  1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium to large bowl.
  2. Spray or butter Saute pan. Use Medium Heat.
  3. dip each side of bread slices into egg mixture one at a time, then transfer to pan.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately with toppings of choice
