Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. Italian Sausage

1 Pkg. Dry Spaghetti Sauce Mix (Lawrys)

2 Cans Tomato paste

1 can Diced Tomatos

6oz. fresh Mushrooms or 1 can Mushrooms

Directions

Brown Sausage and drain. *note* I find this part the biggest pain because sausage doesn't break up well in the pan- trust me- it's worth the effort in the end*

Add Tomato Paste, and 2 cans water, spaghetti mix, diced tomatos and mushrooms.

Mix well.

Simmer for 30 min and serve over pasta.
