Caramel Roll French Toast

How to make it
- Melt a stick of butter
- add one cup of brown sugar and mix to a paste
- pour or press it into 9 inch square baking dish(this is the bottom layer when baking)
- stack two pieces of english muffin toast in each corner of the baking dish , smoosh'em in..they fit snug
- whip 3 eggs and add a dash of milk
- pour this over the the toast.
- let sit in fridge overnight
- set oven to 375
- sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes covered with tin foil
- then ten minutes uncovered to brown up the exposed side
- when the brown sugar starts to bubble it is done
- lift each set of toast with a spautula and serve caramel side up
- this needs to cool abit before you eat it...
